RETURNS AND REFUNDS

While we do our best to ensure that you have an amazing experience shopping with us, we understand that sometimes things don't quite work out the way one expects. We are fully committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order.

We offer returns and have a 100% money back guarantee for all products that are defective, damaged during shipping or simply not as you expected. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund at your own preference.

    Refund and return requests must be submitted within either:

    • 14 days after order delivery

    We do not issue refunds if your order does not arrive due to extraordinary circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster or a global pandemic).

    Shipping

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      * Exclusive note: Due to the severe affectations with the global transports, for 24 inches products, we currently only accept returns and refunds in case the product is defective or broken. We apologize for the inconvenience.

      EXCHANGES

      If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size or model, you must contact us or email info@sandarthome.com first and we will guide you through the steps.

      CANCELATIONS

      Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at info@sandarthome.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.

      Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. Contact us and we will assist you promptly in resolving any issues you may have.
